Campus Programs

Think like a scientist. Create like an artist.

Give your campus community a repeatable process for moving from reactive to responsive so they can make better decisions and discover new possibilities.

Read the Signal. Cut the Noise.

WATCH THE EXPERIENCE

Uncertainty is one of the biggest challenges campuses face today.

  • Students are overwhelmed as they work to find clarity about their future.

  • Faculty and staff are stretched thin supporting them through constant change.

  • Leaders are juggling complex decisions in an unpredictable landscape.

Everyone is doing their best, but the pressure is real.

THE CEO FRAMEWORK

A science-based, arts-integrated framework for your campus.

A practical approach that helps students, faculty, and staff read the signal more clearly, cut through noise, and respond instead of react even when the path forward isn't obvious.

Life Experiments™

Experiential Student Keynote

College is full of uncertainty.

Choosing a major. Building relationships. Defining success. Deciding what comes next.

Most students feel pressure to have all the answers.

What if the next step was an experiment instead?

In Life Experiments™, science comes off the page and onto the stage.

Through a live chemistry experiment, powerful storytelling, and original music, students experience what it feels like to move forward before they have all the answers

What students leave with:

• A framework for making decisions when the path isn't clear

• Confidence to act before they have all the answers

• A personal experiment they can begin immediately

Perfect for: Orientation, first-year experience, leadership programs, student success initiatives, honors programs, and campus-wide events.

Signal Over Noise

Interactive Workshop for Faculty & Staff

Most of us in higher education can point to a student or a moment that reminded them exactly why our work matters.

Then Monday hits.

Assessment deadlines. Committee meetings. A new cohort with needs you didn't anticipate.

Through the CEO Framework, live science demonstration, and original music, Signal Over Noise helps faculty and staff recognize what's signal, what's noise, and where their attention belongs.

The signal is still there. This workshop helps people hear it again.

What participants leave with:

• A process for recognizing signal from noise

• The ability to respond instead of react

• A renewed connection to meaningful work

• Greater presence, purpose, and impact with students

Format: 45 minutes to half-day

I See You

Interactive Workshop for Faculty & Staff

You spend your days showing up for others. But how often do you show up for yourself?

I See You is a reflective, interactive workshop where faculty and staff reconnect with their own signal and discover what becomes possible when they show up more fully for themselves.

Through guided reflection, live demonstration, and original music, participants experience what it feels like to come back to themselves.

What participants leave with:

• Clarity on what brought them to this work and what they want to protect

• Practical tools for showing up more intentionally

• A renewed sense of purpose and momentum

• Greater presence in the moments that matter most

Format: 45 minutes to half-day.

Every campus is unique. Your program will be, too.

Many campuses begin with a keynote and then expand the experience through leadership programs, honors cohorts, or custom Life Experiments™ experiences.
